Grounds:

Pools: Test water daily

            Back washed

            Add chemicals as needed

            Collect water samples to be sent out to be tested

            Repair chlorinator

            Replaced filter

            Fixed diving board

            Had Beaver Pool overhead light repaired

Landscaping: Cut grass, weed whacked, in all amenity areas. Spread wood chip at Beaver Beach

 911 Memorial: removed pine trees and planted trees, seeded and laid hay and cleaned area of debris.  Installed 3 flag poles, install drainage pipe, set up concrete benches, set up and removed chairs. Filled ice cooler and delivered to Admin. Office. Wilmot Nursery came in to plant scrubs.

Marina: Check docks weekly, C- dock was repaired, walkways were adjusted

Repaired swim docks

Hurricane Irene: Cut tree, cleaned up branches, filled in modify in areas that were washed away

Bulk pick up

Repaired road sigh

Fixed soccer nets

Collected trash inside and out

Cleaned compactor daily

Push backfill at Beaver Pool parking lot

Brought Hot Dog wagon to Deer Beach and returned it to the Barn

 

Buildings:

Cleaned building daily (2 new cleaning girls)

Repair door at Beaver Lodge

Repaired lights at Kasper Lodge

Defrosted freezer at MCH

Repaired fence around A/C at Adult Lodge

Fixed showerhead at indoor pool bathroom

Repaired leak in Camp Ground bathroom

Supplied tables and chair to MCH and return them

 

Road and Ditch Work:

Install culvert pipe and ditch; 2 on Mustang, 1 Silver Spring and laid rip rap also laid rip rap on Evergreen

Filled hot holes

Repaired left and right sides of Lotus Terrace

Extended pipe on Huroke

Swept road by Marina

Cut down roadside berms and took excess dirt to Beaver parking lot and pushed it back

Repaired and raked out Deer Beach sand

Cut roadside grass

 

Misc:

Cleaned Maintenance shop

Changed master cylinder on truck # 4

Washed Maintenance trucks and Kioti

Picked up and returned rental chairs
