All small boats must be registered with the office
and must have their current
WLE sticker displayed!
Non-power boats at deer and beaver lake on
association property must be removed by 1st Saturday of November each year.
Boats left beyond this date or boats without current WLE registration will be
removed. Fine and storage fee will need to be paid before boat can be claimed.
Boats not claimed in 180 days will be auctioned. Non-power boats must be
registered each year and a current WLE sticker must be displayed. Boats will
have a designated spot on the boat rack on first come first serve basis.
At their February 19, 2011 meeting, by consensus, the Board of Directors has approved a $25 storage/usage fee for small boats docked at the
interior lakes in WLE. Boats may be placed at the designated areas on April 2, 2011 no earlier than 8:00am after which each person must register their boat at the office along with the $25 fee.

PROPERTY OWNER This will be effective
as of the 2011 season
The association has the
right to limit the amount of boats at each area.
